Your responsibilities:

• Work in a motivated engineering team to develop and improve emissions and aftertreatment products of INNIO Jenbacher gas engines by focusing on testing and analysis
• Layout of aftertreatment systems and test installations, including related component specifications and sub-system design
• Support of the development process from concept phase to product release
• Support and execute in-house and field testing of components and overall aftertreatment system validation
• Analysis of measurement results, interpretation and reporting

Your qualifications:

• Student of mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering or similar
• Passion for internal combustion engines, emissions aftertreatment system and environment protection
• High motivation and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills in an international environment

• Extensive experience and know-how in gas engine & emissions solutions development
• Integration into an ambitious team working on future engine & aftertreatment concepts
• Close cooperation with several other departments in engineering

The internship is a full-time position for at least 6 months starting in 2027. The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.755,26 gross per month (x 14).
